I asked where my order was the seller said 'ebay have organised a refund as the item was sold elsewhere' I have not had a refund, and why sell something on ebay if it's not available? So now I am trying to get back money for an item that I was never going to receive, what a nightmare!

Item was on auto relist and sold elsewhere. Buyer received full refund. I kept communication open and was always in contact with them. Feedback is a little unjust and unfair. I don’t sell on here regularly and forgot it was listed. She has received a FULL refund.
