Faulty item received. Seller would not replace the faulty item and provided obscure reason based on “system issue”. Provided bogus mailing address to me for return item, preventing any ability for me to do so. Partial refund offered will not enable me to purchase replacement. Seller’s response focused upon issue that a refund will affect profitability. No steps taken to make sure I have the product I ordered in new condition as advertised.
