These folks really came through—first, they shipped quickly in fortified original packaging. Once I opened the package, I found that parts were missing and contacted them with the lowest price I could find to get those parts (and included a screenshot of my receipt). Without resistance, they refunded that amount. In this era of eBay, that is sadly uncommon and I appreciate their customer support. Overall, a good experience. Thanks!
