Item was noted as New in the specs, and UNUSED in the description. There was dried food on the piece as well as a manufacturing flaw that seller admitted being aware of but chose not to mention. No partial refunds. Return was offered, with the seller making sure to state at my risk. Meaning no refund if it broke. I had initially inquired about local pick up since item was close by, but that was not offered. Disappointing transaction. Zero customer service on a pricey piece. 😞
