    The phone was very accurately described but I was pleasantly surprised that it was better than the description. Everything worked on it, the only very minor critism was that was the previos owners contacts that needed deleting. It was ordered on a Saturday and I recieved it the following Tuesday, i.e. packaged and posted 1st class on the Monday when the post office re-opened. I would use this seller again if I need to replace a phone again.

    Bad reply

    I made an offer as it stated to see if they would sell for less they excepted but I sent them a message to say that because it doesn't work correctly and the head phones don't work I no longer wanted the item but they have not replied to me at all and I have tried to cancel the order and been told I can't!! I DONT WANT THE ITEM AT ALL NOW

    I would recommend a Blackberry to friends and family

    The phone is easy to use. I have not experienced any major problems with the phone. I have lost my icon for my music files but have managed to work out how to play my music.
