I needed 3 cups & saucers to complete my set, so I was delighted to find these for sale. Despite being listed as used, all items were in perfect condition. Seller packed the parcel very well with fragile stickers, which Aust Post ignored, dropping the parcel on my doorstep, (I heard it from 50' away), resulting in 2 broken cups. Despite not being the seller's fault at all, nor requesting any compensation, I received a full refund. I cannot recommend this seller highly enough, she's a gem.
