    Essential supplement, many great benefits

    I've been taking various forms of pine pollen for some time, and this is one of the best I've tried. The pressed tablets are very easy to swallow and digest easily with no issues. Along with my other daily supplements, this provides a great energy and hormonal support for a man's needs. It's always a good idea to cycle occasionally, so your body takes a brief break and produces it's own hormones. This is a great value and fits well with my self-care regimen.

    It gives me a boost

    I only take 3 after dinner, but I notice a difference. I tried it on an empty stomach as frequently recommended, but I like it after dinner. I have more energy, and it adds to my sexual vitality. I am 67, and take this in addition to Fo ti, which I take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I think they are a good combination. I like the product and the packaging and delivery by Ganesha Herbs. Actually, I ordered some directly from China, and did not like it as much, and will give the rest of to my friends. If you would like to try Pine Pollen, I recommend this product.
