    I have given this purchase a positive rating after hovering over a neutral one. On the positive the item arrived and was as described in new condition. My complaint is that the item was not in stock as I was led to believe and it was a full 2 weeks before any communication from the vendor. To the vendors credit they did send it express once they received it. If the vendor had of advised upfront it would not have been a problem.
