It is not, unless you're creative and have tools and hoard random items and tools on hand to turn these bulbs useful. Manual provided with bulbs is pointless for specific vehicle, really thought it'll come with brackets like pricier ones do, BUT for the price? I'm happy with the bulbs as they're also at least 1.5x brighter than other non-fan cheap bulbs! Thanks!!

There was a delivery issue with my address, but in only a couple of hours it was resolved! I was able to go to my local post office and speak with a manager in Charge and he got in touch with the driver! The item was re delivered with no more issues!! I would most definitely buy from this seller again!! And I recommend you do the same! lol it was a very pleasant experience!!
