It’s so gross I didn’t even want to touch it upon opening. When I filed a return claim, they repeatedly tried to convince a partial refund (50% first, then 70%) saying business is hard. For a full refund, they tell me to ship it to an address in China, asks for my PayPal account and shipping fee and they’ll send postage $ “in timely manner”. This is not a seller problem so I don't blame them, this is on the USPS for not being able to their job. Tracking has said the same thing since Feb 26th. Ebay did refund the money so I may try again and hope it will get to me next time. As far as the seller I did contact them and they did respond.
