    Works With VOIP Telephone Service.

    Works as designed. I just wish it had a backlight feature. It is hard to read without good direct lighting even after adjusting the display contrast. The good news is it works with Ooma VOIP Home Telephone service. Some of these old style Caller ID Units do not work with modern VOIP. One day soon all landline type phone service will be switched to VOIP service.
