The part arrived a day earlier than expected. We did not need the tech support offered but we appreciated that it was available. The seller takes an interest in the success of their customers to avoid selling the wrong parts due to incorrect diagnostics. The hvac companies charge alot and in most cases we can help resolve almost any issue. I don't mind sharing information if it will help someone save money and time. The blower on nonstop is a lockout mode and not the control board. The flame dropping out 2-3 seconds after lighting is a weak pressure switch or cracked heat exchanger. Bless you and your family and stay warm!
