Upon receiving it, found that was a total mis statement! My grate was in much better shape, and I told him that was total false advertising. Asked him for a refund but never heard back. Photo shown on eBay shows very well and very hard to believe what I received is the same item. I'm hoping that there is a back up eBay policy that will cover for bad sellers. You can zoom in on photos and see the defects I noted very clearly and see that they match exactly what I sent. You people really make me want to quit ebay sometimes, and I definitely would if I didnt need the money
