Featuring a selectable current setting (for the 135-Watt or 180-Watt PowerHouses), the Direct Lockon eliminates the need for a PowerMaster if you run only TMCC-equipped locomotives. For added safety, the Direct Lockon provides over-current protection and an automatic reset. It is compatible with both Lionel FasTrack and O/O27 track systems.     Easy way to connect fixed voltage to 3 rail track.

    I wanted to connect a PowerHouse power supply to my layout. the Direct Lockon does this easily and well. I placed it next to an oil facility so it looked like a control shed. The instructions were straight forward and connection was easy. This was an easy way to attach fixed voltage power to three rail track.

    Looks Great And Works Great!

    With the new Engines and Cars Lionel is producing the wires are a lot smaller and will not survive the old ZWSs circuit breaker of 17 Amps. I can hook up my old ZWs to this 6-34120 and feel comfortable knowing the 10Amp internal breaker will shut off the system teperarerly if there is a short. The Old with the new.

    It automatically shut power down when it has a short circuit red LED lights up. Once short is gone Green LED comes on and power is restored on track.
