The pictured item shows 3 pcs, I received 4 pcs won't know if it will work until spring to put it in my car. Price was good. Before Purchase and I specifically asked him about the Hardware and whether or not it would be included with the tow hitch. He explained that if it was in the photo it would be shippedand therefore included. The hardware consisted of heavy pieces of iron and large bolts. It would’ve been a simple matter to tape it securely and padded envelope to the trailer hitch, but he didn’t bother, so it was lost
