    Sleek design

    At the moment t the printer is unplugged and have not used it for printing as i can't attach it to my HP Ink account as it is still registered in the original owner's name despite lots of help and support from HP . I have scanned from it but I want to keep printing to a minimum at the moment. I like the shape and design but haven't used it very much so far to get too detailed. It is a new model compared to the one I already have.

    Easy to set up

    Ideal home printer, compact enough to fit in my cupboard. Simple lines makes it attractive if needs to be out on show. Comes with both black & 3 colour ink cartridges. Quick printing, delighted with my purchase.

    Excellent, no complaints.

    Very pleased with this printer, though I have yet to use the photo print feature. It's a lot smaller than my last printer and this one has the added bonus of HPInk support which, as a low user, is excellent for my needs. Unfortunately my last HP printer was not supported by HPInk which was very annoying, and after a year I decided to change to this one. In fact the 6020 was out of stock and the supplier gave me the 6030 for the same price which was an added bonus. All good.

    Good printer so far, but difficult to set up.

    I found it very difficult to set up without instructions which you'll need to print the by yourself through the app. It took ages to connect the printer to the WiFi. I can't download the HP SMART app on my laptop for some reason. An error comes up every time I try.

    i like hp printer

    i already have the same model its just that a small piece off plastic broke on the paper draw made it so i could not use it if you know were i could get a new paper draw i would be greatfull
