    Amazing Dashcam by Nextbase

    Always trust Nextbase, after 4 cheap single and double dash cam's from the Far East and failed recordings, dodgy memory card issues and not to mention non recorded evidence when you need it I spent a few more pounds and got the 412, so easy to set up, picture quality is great, easy to download and edit clips, so far it's been amazing and looking to get another for the 2nd car.

    Great product - Replacing Adhesive Backing Ring a Nightmare

    An additional expense which should have been included with the camera. Unfortunately I had to return my Nextbase dash-cam one week after fitting the polarising filter and although I managed to get the filter off the camera refitting it was a tedious task. Nextbase do supply an additional self adhesive ring in the box to cover such eventualities however after peeling the paper backing off the adhesive it doubled over and stuck to itself making application to the lens filter a complete nightmare. In use I cannot fault the lens filter, it does exactly what it is meant to do. Shame about the adhesive backing though.

    Good in daylight.

    Just as described, easy to set up, and masively reduces the problem of reflections seem to improve colour as well. That being said there is a trade-off with night driving. Yes it reduces issues of street lights and other car headlights especially the HID ones but the images are overall darker compaired with recordings taken before its use. Obviously you can't just remove it at night as its glued on. But i can live with that.

    Very easy to attach to the dash cam with the adhesive sticker you also get a spare one which is a good idea,Very well made and does the job of reducing glare, very pleased i bought this lens.

    Also compatible with the front camera on the Nextbase Duo HD Dashcam ...

    See Review title which is what I bought the lens for. While It's quite straightforward to fit it is a bit fiddly. That said, once fitted it cuts down glare considerably, doing exactly what it's designed for. With the Duo HD having 2 cameras, it's important that they are subsequently re-aligned to obtain video coverage from both the front and rear cameras. I'm altogether highly pleased with the supplier's services, the quality of the lens, its pricing and the improvement in video footage. Thank you.
