Truly Delightful and Tasty Recipes
The Collection cookbook is an amazing collection of recipes that I still use today. My original copy was lost in a move. This copy is pristine. Many of the women contributing recipes were not only members of the Austin Junior League but went to the University of Texas together and remained friends for over 70 years. They continued to meet for lunch on Thursdays at Nau’s Drug Store lunch counter. Some of my favorite recipes are Stefado with Wild Rice and Stew in a Pumpkin. Enjoy!
