    Smith's Honing Solution

    I've always used a light petroleum or mineral oil for use when sharpening my knives with one of the Smith's stones but decided to try this as an alternative and I'm glad I did. This product performs equally as well as the traditional oil. A good product at a good value.

    Different oil.

    I was disappointed. It's not the same oil as the original. But,that being said,I will use it because I have no other choice. Until I can find an old can somewhere. I'll be looking for the original formula. It does work.
