        The teapot arrived in excellent condition. It was as shown in the photos and as described. Shipping was fast. The packaging is the best I have seen. The seller went to great lengths with the packaging since a teapot from a different vendor on Etsy arrived shattered due to poor packaging. The item is definitely worth the value. I hope to purchase from this vendor in the future.
