It had a small ding in the door and a hole in the box when I opened it. Contacted the company and we agreed on a credit for the damage. Credit was applied the next day. Companies responsiveness was awesome. This is a 3 way fridge that came with everything needed to get me camping again. Very easy install and looks great. Quality seems to be good so far. The industry standard connection for gas tanks have been changed and seller provided the new connector to keep up with the regulations but still wasn't what I needed. Seller advised I could swap the tank for a new one and can use the hose at that point. Seller partially refunded the cost for the inconvenience and misunderstanding.
