The order was only partly delivered and parts received were poorly packaged with an item missing. When raised with the seller initially avoided responsibility, then seller offered a partial refund but has not followed through. Have had to chase up multiple times. Would never use again

I hope someone from ebay read that. The shop doesn't have the item, the customer pay and  the shop pretend it was sent, then, if you have in stock you send, if doesn't, they pretend. If the price changes, they don't send as well... the shop should be penalised. When refund the order the customer can't do the feedback. You're not the first one who does that. It's been current process now.
