    great vitamin for energy !! Well respected by hospital studies vs Centrum which is not great

    great for energy and NYH did research and found this was the best commercial vitamin on the market - this was about 20 years ago. Dr Tielbaum in his book - fatigued to fantastic - tells how this is the best vitamin for energy many people have thanked me for recommending who were dragging energy wise also Twin Labs binders are better
