No missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, and no underlining/highlighting of text or writing in the margins. May be very minimal identifying marks on the inside cover. I did reach out to seller and they said I got it for a good price. I guess that meant "too bad". They did give a nominal refund of $3. If I sent it back I'd have to pay shipping. Very dishonest.
