    Best Bang for the Bucks!

    This watch is truly a real gem. For the price, you just can't beat it especially if all you need is a timepiece with additional features without spending a lot of money. The accuracy is overwhelming. I measured about two seconds loss after about forty eight hours of matching with my cable TV time. It has a chronograph that's very easy to use and read. It has a calendar feature that's the best I've seen. You can set it for the 12 hour clock or the 24 hour clock. It is true that I've only had it for about two or three weeks so far but I'm telling you, it's worth every cent I paid for it. In fact, if it broke down tomorrow, I'd probably go ahead and order another one right away. I will add that it isn't much of a stylish or formal watch but I don't really care. It is truly ...

    Very Good Watch !

    Very Good watch ! I have only one thing I would like to change about the watch ,that is the backlight . I wish it came with electro luminescence. The Casio model A168 comes with this but the display is too small for my tired old eyes . This watch has a nice display . My old A178W is scratched pretty badly and the battery must be getting loose or developing corrosion. It sometimes looses power , can rap it with a knuckle and it will come back . My old A178 W has been a really good watch till recently . Hope I can get as much use out of the new A178W as the last one .

    Great value in a digital watch

    Great watch, this is the third or fourth one I've owned. I wear them until the chrome starts peeling off the plastic, usually two or three years. Hope they keep making them, it's about the only one I've found with the day of the week, date and year displayed along with the time, and it's got a simple stainless band that is easy to adjust and doesn't pinch like an expansion band would. My only complaint is I wish the numbers and letters were larger, as I get older it's harder to read them. I will continue to buy them every few years as long as I can find them.

    Inexpensive knock around watch

    An inexpensive watch that does the basic functions. Says 10 year battery but who knows. I guess time will tell but at $15.00 it could get beat up before I'd need to replace the battery.

    BEST WATCH ONE CAN BUY !!

    Best inexpensive crono watch money can buy.I had one that lasted through everyday beatings for more than 35 years inc.never changing the battery.I ordered another one when I found the exact same type on E-bay for such a cheap price just because of such a great experience with the old one.I highly recommend these watches.Also they are just the right size & not overly large !!
