This happened because the seller wrapped the delicate hands and fingers in paper and did not blue tape the paper on the hand. I asked for a refund as I paid to have the finger repaired. I would not have asked except doll was not packed properly. Seller refuses - just asks me to return doll. Now that I have paid for repair - I am not returning. Seller no longer responds. I will not purchase from this seller again. Deserves a Negative.
