Honda Pilot Solenoid

Part caused more issues than it solved.
The item did not work and the gasket is just of so-so quality. I was having a transmission flare from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd. Searching online, It seemed that the linear solenoid could be the issue. I have a 2002 Odyssey with 215k miles. I also ordered a filter, so since I was already there I decided to swap out the dual linear solenoid. After swapping all, the p0740 code came on. Tranny would not shift into overdrive. Code defines that as an issue with the torque lock converter. So, after a little more research, came to believe it was the dual linear solenoid. Cleaned and tested the original and then re-installed and the car now shifts into overdrive and the code has not returned. Since I am using the gasket and used the part for all of 60 miles, I figure I'll eat this one, but I can not recommend it at all.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Honda linear solenoid
Bought the part and installed it and it made the transmission slip worse so I took it back off and found the end of a tooth pick jammed in one of the bleed holes it worked fine after I took it out. If you buy parts from this guy make sure you check them for random household items stuck in them
