Unfortunately, one ear on Storm was half broken off in a number of pieces. I know the Seller did all that could be done to wrap these delicate treasures. My hat is off to the hard work done packaging this Herd! Shipping was just a bit delayed due to additional wrapping materials needed for safe shipping. GREAT SELLER!!! Thank you!!
