    Great laptop, came well packaged and exactly as described. During setup, I encountered a problem with the screen so I reached out to Australian Computer Traders and the service was amazing. Problem was resolved quickly, professionally and without incident. I highly recommend these guys, I'm sure what happened to me was a rare event, but they stand by their product and after sales service was outstanding. I now have a great laptop that you'd mistake for new for a fraction of the price. Stoked.

    Ok product. Good delivery. Great service. The laptop (Lenovo X270) is as describe, with only some cosmetic signs of ware/marks (mostly on edges and bottom). The service was great because upon arrival I discovered one two system batteries had failed, contacting the seller was great, fast responses to messages and they were happy to make an acceptable compromise for me.
