Great idea, but hard for me to use
My chiropractor recommended this and in theory I think it's a great idea and it may work great for some people, but not so much for me. Works just fine. Thera cane pinpoints the muscle well, but you have to use your muscles to use it, so you're not completely relaxed like a massage.
