Aside from one cursor button being a bit soft, the remote works well as expected. The item was dispatched immediately, the shipping was Aus Post un-tracked but it arrived faster than most tracked items I've bought. I don't often leave detailed feedback but ff you are looking for a non-genuine Hisense replacement remote, this is the one to get and a great seller to get it from.

Not only with all the same controls/buttons, but they're also in pretty much the same positions. Price was great, postage was standard AusPost rates, the two remotes I bought were well packed. There's not much more one could ask for. 10/10 transaction.

Then unit was ordered on the 29th May and Delivery was made on the 4th June Very happy with the excellent service. The Soniq TV had originally been purchased from HB Hi FI. Initially I took the trouble to go and visit them in an attempt to replace the faulty remote. They were very unhelpful and told me that they no longer stocked the Soniq brand. EBay came to the rescue and even delivered postage free.
