    Nonin 7500 oximeter. Nice product

    Not cheap although cheaper on eBay of course. Gives us peace of mind by monitoring pulse and o2 levels in blood through a finger sensor. You can get point readings with much cheaper devices, but this allows you to record levels continuously and get a historical trace. You can also set threshold levels on pulse and o2 linked to alarms with a nice loud hooter along with visual alarms. Looking good so far. Manuals all online and spares sourced easily through eBay too.
