That's much appreciated. As appearance, the nuts are clean and free of dirt. Nuts appear to be consistently sized. Very, very few empty shells. Since shipping was Ground Advantage, it took a long time reaching Alaska, but that's not the fault of seller. Grácias or ahe'he.

New Mexico Piñon 2024 harvest. Bigger than Navajo Nation, round, mild and sweet, "buttery". Navajo Nation New Mexico pinons: smaller, round, medium shell, mild hint of smoky flavor. Piñon Pros pine nuts, I think from Nevada. Big, more piney flavor and medium shell. California pine nuts: big, piney flavor, harder shell.
