I filed a claim with the usps (painful) but couldn't find a way to contract seller to let them know. When I selected contact seller, I was put in a loop and it would not allow a message to be sent. So this is how I am letting them know I filed a claim. The breakage was the USPS fault not the way the cup was wrapped. Seller's contact info link needs updated.
