After the seller handed off the package, things went downhill. Pitney Bowes (PB) messed up the transfer from PB UK to PB International, so the package sat for 6 days until eBay intervened. PB handed it off to UPS. UPS lost the package. I had to call UPS multiple times before they would act because PB chose a delivery method that is not guaranteed. 28 days shipping in total.
