    These folks are truly awesome! Bass looked exactly as described (like new) when I got it. Not a scratch, ding, dent, or defect anywhere and the electronics cover still had the protective plastic on it. Price was great as well! Getting thru customs was a chore but the sellers were in constant contact and despite the hangups (no fault of the seller), the bass still arrived 3 days early and was packaged very well.     This sale went great from Direct Music Sales. I suggest the international sales for the import duties be bolded or highlighted to make the buyer more aware of these additional charges. The Dingwall Bass was delivered in great condition, the seller discounted the price, they shipped the product in a sturdy package and communicated during the entire process. I would purchase again, but look for the product domestic before purchasing internationally due to the import duites.
