When I got the item it appeared to be packaged well and not dented, but the item, that was listed as working, was not working. I think the price was a good value and the seller did their best to send the item as described. When I contacted the seller they gave me a refund immediately. Was disappointed it didn't work but relieved for the care the seller took in resolving this.
