    My item was well packaged and exactly as described. My only criticism is that the packaging smelled faintly of cigarettes. I am hypersensitive to odors so I had to throw the packaging in the outside trash immediately. I washed the item with warm soapy water and hopefully the smell will dissipate.

    Damaged in shipping and carrier send directly back. Seller apologized and I appreciate that but had me wait for refund while they filed a claim. This was an important piece to our family in remembrance of a loved one. Seller would no longer communicate with me and I even asked to buy if pic itself was not damaged. Had to contact EBAY for assistance. No empathy, stopped communicating because I expected a refund. After EBAY was involved I received my refund! Terrible indifference and service.
