The item itself was as described, and an incredibly good deal for the price. Item was clean, and, ignoring the wear and tear of it being a used item, was in very good shape. The packaging was satisfactory, with the laptop being put in an appropriately sized box along with it being well protected. Shipping times were quite standard.

Seller was also very communicative and helped correct an error with my shipping details very quickly. I do want to note that the listing mentioned the storage was removed; however, it didn't mention the entire bracket/cable for the SSD was removed. The item was sold as-is / for parts, so not a huge deal. I'd still recommend the seller and would buy from them again.
