    The seller shipped my package from CA and somehow FedEx passed by state and it's stuck in another. I contacted the seller for help and they went above and beyond and reshipped the package while the other remains incognito. Don't give much attention to their feedback score because their communication and resolution was perfect and maybe similar instance took place which would not be their fault. Maybe FedEx has automatic insurance where they can file a claim. FedEx is careless.
