The photos told me that the plane was flat on the bottom and gave me enough information to determine the date range for manufacture. Packaging was almost industrial. The shipping was within the frame indicated and I was able to follow the tracking from source to delivery. The plane was tightly wrapped in a double layer of corrugated cardboard securely sealed with shipping tape. Inside, the plane itself was encased in a second cardboard box custom fitted to protect the plane. Additional cardboard pieces were pressed around the plane to wedge it securely within the second box, assuring the plane arrived undamaged.
