    Do not trade wit this seller they are dishonest. They sent a different cheaper braid. They said there were only 6 mtrs left. I bought six mtrs. When I contctaced them about the wrong braid they said they had more than six mtrs but had sold it after I placed my order, so only had two mtrs left. They then sent a different cheaper braid , and belitteld me , becuase the difference was only pence. My client was expecting the braid I had ordered in good faith. My work was compromised by this seller

    The listing stated "8m, full roll", however I was sent only 1m. Had to contact the seller twice before receiving a reply. In the meantime the listing was changed! Not the first time this has happened if you check through feedback. Dishonest way to do business.

    There was an error which we didn’t realise until yesterday. We have offered to send what was missing but we’ve cancelled instead now. buyer has been reported and blocked due to rude messages rather than simply confirming if they had received just 1m (our listing had the incorrect price for the item so our packer just noticed the price and sent the usual 1m). It is actually the first time we altered the listing after someone notified us of an issue, you’ve had a full refund and kept the item :)
