It is perfect for who it was intended!

This DVD is exactly for who it is intended for. It is basic, beginning and just about anyone with any kind of age related mobility problem could probably do all or at least most of it. It you are looking for a more challenging workout, this would not be for you. I personally liked it and am glad I got it. Anything to get us older folks moving is a GOOD thing!

    It's Okay, but ho-hum

It is 15 minutes of standing then 15 minutes of sitting. I would have preferred that the positions were mixed throughout the half hour as I cannot stand continually for 15 minutes and have to sit often when I should be standing. It is okay, but much more could have been done to make it more engaging. I am looking for a more appropriate dvd for my level of comfort.. Also, 30 minutes of instruction is not much for a full-priced dvd.

  • Short movie intended for the very old.

The movie arrived in a timely manner and in good /new condition. It played fine on my BlueRay. The film was VERY short and directed toward the elderly. I'm in my late fifties and felt absolutely zero physical stress. I might be able to use it if I reach my 70's.

  • Great and reasonably priced for the beginner.

Unfortunately I'm too weak to do these exercises, but I'm sure that anyone without multiple sclerosis will benefit by this dvd. It seems to be an excellent program for beginners.

  • Great choice for those balance / mobility challenged. Great for older people and others, too.

Perfect for my 94 yr old mom. She loves it. Her balance has become an issue, esp since returning home from a hospital stay a yr ago. She also complains of feeling stiff a lot. Was looking at the Tai Cheng (the one Dick Van Dyke advertises) as that is geared toward balance & agility. But after much research, it seems that is for people a bit more advanced to start (you need to have a better level of balance to begin it). Found this and am so happy. This is gentle, can be modified (Mom also has osteoporosis) and there's a lovely older lady (Claire Kardstat) doing the moves along Scott. Nice for older ppl to see Claire as an example. If and when Mom gets proficient at this, we can always move onto the Tai Cheng. Even if she did, I can see her still doing this as it's relaxing. She loves ...
