On top of sending the wrong item, I was told to send the item to a different person like it was my fault, which is completely against eBay’s terms of service. I’m not sure why this seller is still able to sell on this platform, but I would advise anyone and everyone to look elsewhere. When this customer notified me, I sent them and the other customer prepaid labels and asked if they could print and put them out in the post office. Never heard back. I gave the customer a full refund and said they could keep the items at no charge when they arrived. Not sure how else to handle an honest mistake, and it's clear this person has lived life in perfection. Not sad to see this customer go.
