Opened up the package when received and immediately noticed gray beard stubble in the shaver lid. I opened the shaver head to verify, and this also was coated in someone else’s beard stubble. I’ve now wasted a week because I was given a clearly used product and told it was new and never used. I contacted the seller and their response was “sorry, returns are easy enough”. Would not purchase from again or recommend to anyone.
