Undamaged on arrival and delivery time was very good. Set up completed without issues, now just need to use it to see if there’s any problems long term. Very happy with MacBook price and condition, great service all round.

Ok so this computer got delivered fast but it had issues. It wouldn’t get updates and was slow. wouldn’t even reinstall macOS. Turns out it had corrupt firmware and I had to use another MacBook to update the firmware. If it was sold to most people they wouldn’t been able to sort this issue out. Physically the computer is in good condition. But it’s sold as refurbished and it wasn’t in that condition. I spent nearly a day fixing this thing.
