- n***e (1346)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseBought 3 of the same item from the seller, the parcel arrived in good time but 1 of the items was badly cracked in 2 places due to not enough suitable packaging being used, just a thin layer of bubble wrap and thin cardboard, And no the parcel did not look mistreated, simply not enough protection for a heavy 12kg parcel. Seller did say he would issue a part refund? but the amount offered was insulting and didn't cover the real cost. Now my money is being held to ransom. Offed exactly what he had paided for one for. Was very willing to offer partial refund for the board and buyer started getting aggressive of messages. Parcel was securely packaged, if it wasn't all 3 boards would be damaged. Reported to eBay for this feedback. Any buyers seeing this please don't see it as bad as I'm always very willing to help if any problems.
