    Oem quality

    Works and fit just like the original. Just double check for all screws when tackling removal as well as taking care separating the case and remember to hold ribbon cable in when pushing in it's lock with the new one. Just take your time and its not to hard to swap out.

    This keyboard is not "Genuine Gateway". It's a cheap Chinese knockoff. The # is an "

    One key fell off as soon as I opened the package. I managed to get it back on. Two keys are sticking and I'm going to have to take my laptop apart again to see if I can correct them. It is not even close to the quality of the original keyboard which lasted eight years.
