    Good buy but not packaged as shown in picture

    These appear to be genuine Gillette Trac II blades. I say "appear" because they came without any retail packaging whatsoever (unlike what is pictured in the product description). They came as a loose stack of blade carriers each holding 5 blades (see photo). This apparently is what they mean by "bulk packaging." The blade carriers say "Gillette" on them and they look brand new. I carefully compared the blades to some Trac II blades that came in retail packaging. They look exactly the same including the lubricating strips. They shave exactly the same. I guess if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it's a duck.

    BEST RAZORS FOR THE BEST PRICE.

    best razors available, i have a tough beard and this razor just knocks it off, I had to use two other brand razors to do the same job, popped me twice for double the price, this one razor is the best with the great price available, saved me a lot of money THE BOTTOM LINE.

    Old reliable

    I have been using a Track II razor with the Track II Plus blades since I was a teenager (45+ years) and they have been great, simple design, easy to change blades. Never a desire to find another type razor or blade.

    Old razor replacements.

    The blades are no longer available at local stores because they fit and old razor. I also have had trouble ordering ink for my '98 model HP Deskjet 400. Don't have the problem any longer. I order them thru eBay.

    the only razor i've ever used

    my mom has been using the trac ii razor for as long as i can remember, so when i first started shaving she got me one, too. and i've literally had the same razor ever since. (twenty years!) sadly the blades are getting harder and harder to find, and the ones found in stores are incredibly expensive (i've seen them as high as $30). the razor market is a total racket, but what can we do? anyway, that's where ebay comes in. i don't like to pay more than $10-12 including shipping. they are awesome blades though. one lasts several uses - legs, armpits, wherever (ahem). so a pack will last me a long time and i only have to purchase a few times per year. i have tried the generic ones and they are nowhere near as good, unfortunately. it is also for this reason that it's very important to only buy ...
