I did not request a refund but seller refunded. Seller relisted the item. I do not believe it was ever sent. I won the item again (for a low price again) but seller refused to send. They open an item not received case. As we did not have the item. We refunded to close the case. Otherwise we would be penalised by ebay and they would have refunded anyway. Later on the item returned to us. We then re-listed the item. As was the correct thing to do. Sometimes couriers cannot deliver and items and they return to sender. You cannot please everyone. We sell many items at 99p. A low auction price would not upset us.
